Shipping & Delivery
We ship your order via tracked small parcel services optimized for lightweight accessories like bracelets, phone chains, and jewelry. Standard shipping typically takes 7–21 business days to most countries, depending on location and customs processing.
Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (3–7 business days to major regions).

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected service. Eligible orders may qualify for free standard shipping; details will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package status. Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after dispatch.

Packaging
All items are carefully packed in protective bubble wrap and small gift boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delicate jewelry pieces include extra protective packaging at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Duties
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to selected countries, where all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the total price — no additional payment is required upon delivery.
For other regions where DDP is not available, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected upon delivery by the carrier or customs authority.
Final shipping and duty terms will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot modify the address once the package has been shipped, and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
